Weekly Group Sessions
SITFIT will come to you and offer a regular one-hour session each week. The regularity of the program will allow participants to slow down the aging process, take care of their joints, maintain balance and keep a sharp mind. SITFIT is a seated fitness and wellness program for the body AND brain. SITFIT consists of exercises that use every part of the body, activate the brain and promote lifelong comfort and ease. SITFIT balances the four dimensions of body, mind, spirit and emotions and addresses the causes of aging in the body. SITFIT can tone the body, expedite weight loss, build strength and endurance, elevate mood, prevent stress, reduce the risks of chronic diseases, improve sleep, slow the aging process, and more. The SITFIT 1-hour program offers exercises designed to be practiced in a chair and the sequences are set to music, for a playful and engaging experience. |
One-off Session
